While at International Playtex and Whitehall Laboratories promotions came quickly. Starting as a sales merchandiser, Steve rapidly advanced through the ranks to sales representative, key account manager, and divisional sales manager. He was consistently on the top performers' charts, won numerous sales awards, and was reviewed as one of the company's finest young sales managers.

Steve's work ethic is results oriented through a commitment to service with integrity.

Steve was recruited by RE/MAX as a Branch Sales Manager in April 1996, after ten years of successful real estate sales experience throughout the "Westside". While Associate Branch Manager at The Prudential - Jon Douglas Company West Los Angeles office, Steve was named the office "Top Producer" for 1995, 1993, 1992 and 1991. After joining The Prudential family in April 1991, Steve enjoyed six beginning years with Century 21 where he was ranked in the top 1% of 80,000 agents nationwide.

Today's real estate market requires a new strategy with tremendous effort, talent, cutting edge technology and knowledge. Steve's real estate insight and statistical analysis of the greater "Westside" market, gives him the edge to identify exceptional value for his clients. For Sellers, this insight allows Steve to develop and implement successful marketing concepts. His newest emphasis is "Agent to Agent" marketing coupled with a dynamic 30 point specific "Plan of Action". Strong negotiating skills, professional salesmanship, combined with his attention to detail and 110% commitment makes Steve successful in achieving buyers' and sellers objectives.

Born on the East Coast, Steve acquired his degree in Business Administration while in New England, began his sales career in the Southeast and moved West to Los Angeles in 1981.

Previously married with one daughter, Steve is currently a member of the Los Angeles Association of Realtors, the California and National Association of Realtors, and past President of the Board of Directors of Casa de Marina Townhomes. He actively monitors the Westside and Beach community real estate market, maintaining a watchful eye on any developing trends for the future while working on innovative marketing programs for today. 

With great experience as a Santa Monica and Greater Westside Realtor and servicing all areas in Los Angeles county, I help both buyers and sellers meet their real estate objectives.
